What causes marble blackening - explain the cleaning process in detail

The main cause of marble blackening is the use of unqualified AB glue, marble glue, epoxy resin and other glue. The glue penetrates into the interior of marble, resulting in stone lesions that are difficult to deal with. Marble blackening and marble yellowing are both marble lesions, and the treatment methods are similar.

Marble is a porous material. As long as it is liquid, it can penetrate into the interior of the stone, so it needs to be protected during marble processing. Water-based stone protective agent or oily stone protective agent can be used to scrub the marble, so that the protective agent can penetrate into the surface of the stone and prevent other substances from penetrating into the interior of the marble.

Cleaning process:

1. Drop clean water on the marble board and check whether the stone absorbs water. If it cannot absorb water, change the alcohol for inspection. If the alcohol can penetrate, clean the agent with water agent after penetrating for a period of time. If both are not absorbed, degreasing agent can be used.

2. Apply the toilet paper to the blackened place, evenly sprinkle the stone remover on the paper towel, make the paper towel completely wet and stick it tightly to the blackened place of marble, then cover it with fresh-keeping film, uncover the fresh-keeping film half an hour later, repeat the last operation at one time, and observe whether the blackened place is diluted after three times. If the effect is not good, you need to change a more effective scavenger.

3. After cleaning the marble, in order to prevent the recurrence of lesions, wipe it with water-based or oil-based waterproof agent to protect the marble.

After repeated cleaning, the problem of blackening can not be solved. We can only find a professional master to deal with the problem of stone. If we can't deal with it well, we can only replace the marble.
