In the installation process, there are many matters that need to be paid attention to according to the specified steps to avoid some problems that should have been prevented.

1. Before installing stone
It is necessary to check the flatness of on-site cabinets and floor cabinets, and check whether there is no error between the table surface of the stone to be installed and the size of the site. If there is an error, it needs to be processed and repaired again.
2. L-shaped countertop or super long countertop treatment
It is recommended that the gaps between some dark stones should be cleaned by grinding, especially those between the stones and the glass.
3. Water retaining strip treatment of cabinet
At the bottom of the water retaining strip treatment of the cabinet, evenly apply some glass glue for color matching to adhere the water retaining strip. Do not use connecting colloids such as marble glue, so as to prevent the stone from cracking or breaking due to too tight bonding after bonding.
4. How to install the sink
For the installation of sink and other devices, firstly, the quartz stone table top and the water retaining on the table top should be trimmed locally, and knocked to check whether it is suspended. For some small suspended shapes, some glass glue can be added at the back and bottom of the stone for filling. For some serious irregularities, the construction needs to be stopped, and the cabinet table top needs to be adjusted to a flat state.
5. Key points of quartz stone site construction
During on-site construction, try to avoid opening stone on site to prevent stone cracks caused by improper opening. The missing glass glue can be cleaned with clean water after ten minutes.
6. When installing on the table
The distance between the stone and the wall needs to be reserved. Generally, the gap is as much as 3-5mm. The purpose of this gap is to prevent the extension after the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the stone table and cabinet in the future. After installation, glass glue shall be applied at the gap.
