When purchasing stone, you can drop a drop of ink on the back of the stone. If the ink is dispersed and infiltrated quickly, it indicates that the stone has large porosity, loose material, high water absorption and low compression strength; On the contrary, it shows that the stone has dense structure, small porosity and high compressive strength.
4. View test report
When choosing stones, we should pay attention to the radionuclides of stones. Some stones have high radionuclides and are not suitable for family interior decoration. The radionuclides of stones from different producing areas and different mines are also different. Therefore, when purchasing, you should ask the dealer for the radionuclide inspection report of the product for inspection. When checking, pay attention to the origin of stone, the category of radionuclides, and the restrictions on the scope of use.
5. Observe color
When choosing granite for family interior decoration, we should observe the color of granite more. If it is red, brown, green or with large red spots, the radionuclide of this kind of granite may be higher than that of granite of other colors, which is not suitable for family interior use. If this kind of granite needs to be used, it is recommended to check the radionuclide inspection report of this kind of products.
